Thank you for taking such an interest in my art and picking my link! I really appreciate it. ;3Before going ahead and commission me, please have a read of my Terms of Service (TOS),

✦ These TOS are subject to change, in any case, I will publicly notify of any changes to the Terms of Service as well as notify current customers, by purchasing a commission of the Artist you are agreeing to these TOS.✧ KEY CODE ✧
*The “Artist” refers to The Zharu / Zharu, the service provider.
*The “Client” is the customer purchasing the service.
*Custom design refers to the process where The Artist and The Client work together to create a new design based on descriptions and references.✦ AGE RESTRICTIONS ✦
By purchasing from the Artist the Client is agreeing they’re 18+ years old, client must be 18+ to work with the artist and by placing an order you are agreeing that you are up to 18 years old.✦ COMPLETION TIME ✦
Average completion time of products is 1 days - 4 weeks, this may vary due to Art Style choice, excess of contract work and overly detailed pieces which may affect wait times which will be noted in communications with the Clients!
If there is a due date for a product this must be disclosed upon ordering to allow for completion dates to be discussed and confirmed before purchasing, additional charges may be made for rush commissions. The Artist requires at least one week of notice, larger and/or more detailed products will mostly require extra time!✦ PRICING ✦
Payments must be made upfront before I can draw one line. Payment plans are available for commissions over $300, product will not be delivered until full pre-payment is made.✦ PAYMENT METHOD ✦
The only payment method accepted at the moment is PayPal, artist will charge you on USD "$". Clients will be asked for all commission details before being invoiced.✦ REFUND POLICY ✦
Refunds are not available for change of mind, by confirming the purchase and paying the invoice the Client is committing to the service provided by the Artist. Refunds are not allowed before cancelling the commission. So please to avoid any issue you must be sure before paying the invoice.
✦ WORKFLOW ✦
All my Clients will be receiving progress. I must specify that big quantity of updates for *custom design pieces will be received, before certain stages such as sketching, inking and coloring. This mostly is only required for illustrations like reference sheets, Fullcolor art and custom designs (Please note that updates may take up to a week depending on current workload!)
✧ Request: You sent a message with the commission information needed, then I accept or decline the request. Please give me all the details and references and I'll price it according to my price list and sort out the details with you.
✧ Sketch: Based on the commission details, I'll make a quick sketch and show you. Its not super detailed but we can work out big changes if anything got lost in communication or you change your mind, up to 3 big changes are allowed for free at the sketching stage.
✧ Inking/lineart: I can still fix small things like little details if needed. Up to three minor changes are allowed for free at the inking stage.
『 Changes after this will be an additional $5-25 depending on how big they can be. 』
✧ Flat-coloring: I sent you flatcolor to confirm colors and their selection. Up to three color changes are allowed for free in flatcoloring stage. Example: “I regret the color choice for this outfit, please instead of darker make it lighter”.
✧ Shading/Full-coloring:Depending of your purchase type (shaded or fullshaded), price of changes may vary depending on that and how much I have to change in your piece.
✧ Finishing confirmation: Here we confirm if all is finished and shiny just for you! Any Revisions or changes upon final delivery will be disregarded as the Artist requires final approval before delivery. Please look carefully when I ask you if you think we’re done with the piece!
✧ Final product is sent: I'll send you the finished piece (PNG, +3000 × +3000, 350 DPI) and thank you for supporting me!!! ♡
✦ USAGE AND LICENSING ✦
The Artist holds full copyright of images they produce unless under contract. The Artist holds the right to redistribute the artworks in their social media and portfolio, as reproduce for sale if it’s considered fanart.
The Client may use the artwork for non-profit redistribution digitally and in person. Example: As a social media profile or for private use as sticker, wall print or clothing. As long as the artwork is not being sold or used for profit.
If the Client wishes to use the product for commercial purpose the licensing must be purchased from the Artist which will be an additional quote and cost to the Client.✦ CODE OF CONDUCT ✦
By commissioning the Artist both the Artist and Client agree to communicate in a civil, friendly and timely manner. Both parties also agree to the Terms of Service outlined in this document.
